SPECIAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• Shipping charges listed are for all orders within the continental United States (lower 48, not including Alaska or Hawaii). We send all orders UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, DHL, or the USPS (Unites State Postal Service).

• Orders sent outside the continental US to Alaska or Hawaii add $19.99 to the above amounts. We do have a next day delivery option. You may receive the package the next afternoon for an additional $25 or by 10:30 am for $35. Some remote areas are only afternoon delivery at $35 additional.

• Not all next day delivery options are available to all areas.

• Some items that are oversized and/or overweight do not fall under the "standard" shipping charges. All items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS at Bri-Bet Police Supply’s discretion. Items that are backordered or require customization will require extra time before shipment. Oversized or overweight items may or not be marked and you will be notified before the order is processed.

• International Orders - Bri-Bet Police Supply will ship internationally, however it will be determined on a case by case basis by Bri-Bet Police Supply, due to the high amount of fraudulent transactions and limitations on export many items we carry. We apologize for any inconvenience this decision may create.

Important note regarding delivery of hazardous materials:

The shipping of hazardous materials is heavily regulated. If your order contains these items: pepper spray, flares, etc..., they will be shipped "Standard Best Way Delivery" regardless of the delivery method selected at Checkout.

You should expect an extended delivery date when:

• Merchandise requires personalization
• Merchandise is shipped directly from the manufacturer
• Merchandise is of an irregular size or weight that doesn't allow for air delivery
• Merchandise is on back order from the manufacturer

Sales Tax

The sales tax applied to your Bri-Bet Police Supply purchase and is determined according to Maryland laws and regulations.

For our "Tax Exempt" customers, state laws require us to have your signed tax exemption or resale certificate on file at our offices. We are required to charge you sales tax if we do not have this documentation.

If your agency's online purchases are being taxed and you've already qualified for tax exempt status and have your letter or certificate on file with us, please Contact Us so we can get this corrected.

Municipalities, Police Departments, Sheriffs, Governmental Agencies, and Fire/EMS Departments

As a Law Enforcement Officer Owned company, Bri-Bet Police Supply’s commitment to the Law Enforcement and Public Safety communities necessitates that certain items only be sold to proper Public Safety personnel. Therefore, ID Check will be required for Law Enforcement Only products.

Items that the Manufacturer, Government, or Bri-Bet Police Supply deems restricted, will require an ID Check system. You will be contacted if your order contains these items.

Please note there may be other restrictions based on State and Local Governments that prohibit the possession or use of products in your area. It is the customer’s duty to be aware of Local and State restrictions and Bri-Bet Security Solutions or its subsidiary Bri-Bet Police Supply, can not be held responsible for the misuse or possession of any product.

Agency Only Products

Certain Products may be deemed by Bri-Bet Police Supply, the Manufacturer, or the Federal Government to be sold only to Law Enforcement Agencies. Law Enforcement Officers and/or Law Enforcement Agencies may be required to provide one or more of following items as proof of Law Enforcement affiliation: Original Purchase Order, State or Federal paperwork, Affidavits signed by a notary, Credentials, Identification, Letters of Official Jurisdiction, etc...

Bri-Bet Police Supply feels that our U.S. Active Military Personnel deserve a little something special. We offer a 5% discount to Active Military for their personal orders. Proof of Military affiliation must be received prior to order via fax. Contact us for further information.
